Way too long!!! December 12, 2009

Wow...I totally forgot about the blog. Josh and I have now been together for almost a year...A YEAR!!! He is the most amazing man that I have ever met. The summer has come and gone with so many adventures. Josh got a job helping clean houses that were just finished with construction for the summer and I mentored Ella and got a job at Silverwood. It got us through the summer although it was hard for Josh and I to see each other. We also taught sunday school at Candlelight. We enjoyed working with the 3rd and 4th graders. We are talking about doing it again next summer!! Josh is now in the process of looking for another job, and I am in the middle of getting one!! I applied at SL Start and I have gone through 2 interviews and the pre-employment drug test. Josh still has some work with the house cleaning, but other then that he is working hard on trying to get school started. It seems like when we think we might be able to get married, Josh's school gets longer. I think the Lord is trying to tell us to not worry about it now and let things work out...but it's hard because we really would like to get married next year, but to even get there Josh has to be done with school and have a full time job. Josh will not be done with school till November next year! We will just have to wait and see what the Lord has in store for us.

It's been a week since I last wrote, and not a whole lot has happened. The reason is because Josh has been sick this entire week. It was worse enough that his body essential shut down, and he couldn't move a whole lot. I haven't had it as bad as he has, I have just been really tired, and I haven't been able to focus that well. So not much to say. Josh has been mowing lawns, I have been looking, with no luck, but I went to a place that I know is looking, I need to turn in the application tomorrow. School is almost done with for the semester 2 and a half weeks. Well more like two weeks for me. My last final is Wed. May 13th.

Today 3 years ago, Charter lost a classmate to a car accident, We love you Kerriann Wright! Ok, now to business. Today is also a celebration for me because 8 years ago to day I was baptized. The Lord has been good to me my entire life, but the past 8 years have been up and down. As a baby Christian, I went through my parents divorce, which I pushed God away. But after moving and meeting the people up here in Post Falls, he slowly brought me back in, which I am very thankful for. He also stopped me from moving to Portland for school, but instead bringing Josh into my life:D So it's been almost a week since I last wrote, and lets just say that the sun has been out...YES!!!! So this weekend, Josh and I went on a walk around Tubbs Hill, and then got our first Paul Bunyan Milk Shake of the year. Then while talking to Ben, Josh and Ben decided lets play some frisbee golf!!! So after two rounds of that Josh and I played a game of Life at his house, that was saturday. Then sunday I was invited along with his parents and brother, over to his grandmother's house for lunch, but I had to leave afterwards to help my mom clean house.

Josh and I have been talking more about getting married, actually more about the wedding day. He brought up that we should do something nontraditional.... so me being me I started thinking about it then and I haven't stopped!!!

Break!

So it's been hard the past couple of day's for Josh and I. I have a feeling that I have been tempted by the devil with a feeling. I'm still praying about it, but I'm not sure right now. I finally heard from my dad yesterday for my birthday. So now Josh and I can go bowling!!! :D Yes bowling...Josh is pro, well not really but he so could!! Josh have been looking for a job, with no luck. I know he is liking the waking up late, but I also know he likes to work. Last night was my band concert, and it was great. it was the first time Josh was able to come to a college concert. Well that's it for now:D

Tax Day!! Well I don't pay taxes yet, and Josh owes $540...argh! Well it's not that great of a day either, well beginning of a week I mean. Monday Josh was fired from the temp. job he was working with his brother Adam. Which means that his taxes are going to have to wait, and so is our birthday dinner with each other, because are birthdays are only a week apart. It has just been really hard for Josh monetary wise the past several monthes, and then just not even having a job makes it worse. So pray that he is able to find a job within the next couple of weeks. I on the other hand need help with my psychology...I'm still not passing the class, but I'm failing. School is going well, I am passing the rest of my classes! So monday nights is actually College group night, but Josh and I skipped because he needed to clear his mind, so we took a walk. We went to NIC and walked along the beach area and then went to the playground to get out of the drizzle. We decided to go back to the car early, which was a good thing, because it started hailing!!! So we went and walked around the Silver Lake Mall. After about an hour there, we headed to his house. We watched some tv and I fell asleep. I finally woke up enough to get me home safetly and when my head hit the pillow I was asleep again. Yesterday Josh came over for lunch after the Chiropratcor and we made my homemade Chilli with onions, peppers, celerary, and tomatoes(fresh and canned). Then I headed to class. Later Josh came over and picked me up for couples study, where we talked for an hour and then watched half of Lee Strobel's "The Case for Christ" we will finish it next tuesday. So I'm sitting in the library right now, my music class was cancelled because the teacher is going on a field trip (yes they still have field trips in college!) I want to call Josh, but it's still a little early:D

Resurrection Day!

Happy Resurrection Day!! HE IS RISEN!! Today is a wonderful day. Josh and I went to Sunrise Service at Ross Point Camp at 6:30 this morning! I wore a summer dress and was freezing, I now know what to wear next year. Service was great, the pastor talked about how Mark orginally ends and how our lifes should reflect that. Then we went back to my house and had hot chocolate and danced a little:D. Then we went to Pastor Phil's and had Brunch and then regular service (about Jesus' Resurrection). He dropped me off at my house around 1 and left to go home, change, and then go to his aunt's house for lunch, that started at 1 and didn't find out about it till 12:57. I helped my mom get food ready for dinner at aunt donna's and then head over there to find out that Ben can ride a bike without training wheels! After dinner Carolyn and I talked and found out her and Alex's plans for the future! Then I came home, finished Psychology, interviewed Carolyn, called Josh (no answer, he left his phone in his car) got on the internet again, facebooked, and blogged:D Now just wanting to talk to Josh tonight.....maybe.

The Start

Josh and I started courting January 1, 2009! But obvisouly it didn't start there. Josh and I met at the Phantom of the Opera, he was my cousin's date. Yes my cousin's! A couple of weeks later I got involved with the College group they were in. So when my cousin moved on, I was still in contact with Josh. But he was only a friend. So a couple of weeks went by (yes weeks, not days, months, or even years:D) and I saw Josh monday's at group and then wednesday's just hanging out with friends. One wednesday (ok it was the day before thanksgiving, and we were the only ones at our friends house, plus the friend) when I realized that I liked Josh. I wasn't to obvious about it then, but it slow started coming out more and more over then next three weeks, till he realized what was going on. By the end of December we both knew we needed to talk. So after trying to attempt the Polar Bear Plunge (which we were early to) we had a talk, and decided that our relationship had reached the point that we knew we had progressed to be more then just friends. Since then we have go on many adventures like driving around a lake and then heading up the mountain to get stuck in 7 inches of snow, or just driving around another lake looking at all the huge houses around it (by the way we live in North Idaho were there is a lake oh about every square mile:D). We go on walks near college, we dance, we go to two Bible studies (some of my favorite times of the week:D), we do movie nights with my mom, eat lunch at least three times a week, and dinner even more. No we do not live together, we have not kissed. We are wanting our wedding day to be special!

The Reason for Starting!!

Hi!!! Well I decided to start a blog(actually my 4th), but this time I'm going to use it. Since I just don't seem to have "time" to journal, I thought that I would blog instead keeping up on what happens with Josh and I in our adventure for the year 2009. It will probably go beyond 2009, but it's a start for now. I thought that I would keep this here and blog everything so that when we get married in a couple of years, I can pull this up and be like, oh yeah this is what we did on this day, and that on that day. So here we go!
